Note: If you are shipping valuable items, with a worth greater than £20, you should consider using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance. Trueholds cannot guarantee that we will receive items that you may return to us. To be safe, Trueholds suggests using a signed for delivery service and be responsible with regards to tracking your parcel.
Our returns policy is only available within 14 days of receiving the product. If after 14 days you become unsatisfied with our product, Trueholds cannot offer a return or exchange.
If you wish to return an item, due to dissatisfaction, the item you have purchased must be returned to Trueholds in the same condition as upon reception.
In order to complete your return, we require a proof of transaction.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once Trueholds has received and inspected your returning item/ items, we will contact you via your provided email address. Within the email, we will notify you of whether we approve or reject your refund. If Trueholds approves your refund, it will be processed and will credit you through your original payment method within 30 days.
SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Trueholds does not offer refunds on sales items. We only offer refunds for items bought at full cost.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)

For both REFUNDS and EXCHANGES, it is your responsibility to pay for the shipping. We do not provide refunds for shipping costs.
